WHOLE WHEAT YOGURT BREAD
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. mixed flour (e.g., oat flour, wheat flakes, bran, oat bran)
1 pt. buttermilk or plain yogurt
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Place all dry ingredients in bowl. Add yogurt and stir lightly. Place dough in well greased loaf pan. Oil a knife, cut a 1/2 inch deep groove down center of bread. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
