WW: Strawberry Pie (2 points)
1 (3-oz.) box sugar free strawberry gelatin
2/3 cup boiling water
2 cup ice cubes
1 (8-oz.) container low fat whipped topping
1 cup sliced strawberries
pie crust - dough or crumb, optional
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir gelatin about 3 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Add ice cubes. Stir well until the ice melts and gelatin thickens.
Blend whipped topping into gelatin mixture until smooth. Fold in strawberries. Chill until mixture mounds.
Spoon into a casserole dish or prepared pie crust. Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.
