Baked Seasoned French Fries

5 Small Baking Potatoes
4 Tablespoons Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil

  1. Wash & dry potatoes. Slice each potatoe into 3 slices (lengthwise), then
    cut into 5 strips to make “french fries”.

  2. Blanch the cut potatoes by placing them in a pot of boiling water for 5
    minutes, rinse well with cold water and drain.

  3. Place cooled, drained potatoes in a small bowl and toss gently with olive
    oil. Sprinkle the potatoes with Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix and
    gently to evenly coat all potatoes.

  4. Lay the seasoned potatoes on a baking sheet so that they are flat on a
    baking sheet , in a single layer. DO NOT OVERLAP THE POTAOES.

  5. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 20 minutes until golden brown.
