BANANA PECAN COFFEE CAKE

COFFEE CAKE

1 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine (melted)
1/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2-4 bananas (mashed)
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

TOPPING

1 stick margarine (melted)
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

*1 stick = 8 Tbsp = 1/2 cup

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Oil & Flour a 9x13’’ pan.

Mix sugar, 2 sticks margarine, milk, eggs, vanilla, bananas, flour & soda.

Pour into prepared pan.

Mix 1 stick margarine, brown sugar & pecans.

Pour over top of cake.

Bake 30-40 minutes.

***Yields 12 servings
