2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
16 ounces cream cheese
1 packet The Origional Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
3/4 cup beer
chopped green onion for garnish
In a medium bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese and salad dressing mix. Gradually stir in beer until mixture is to desired consistency. Garnish with green onions and serve with pretzels or assorted veggies.
