Creamed Spinach II
Kids absolutely love this simple, fast side dish. They actually believe if they go to a restaurant, spinach will be served as wonderful as this !

2 (10 oz) pkgs frozen chopped spinach
1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp butter
garlic salt to taste
Low Down: Use the LOW sodium version of the soup. Consider using a butter alternative.
Prepare spinach according to package directions; drain well.
In a large saucepan over medium-high heat, combine spinach, mushroom soup and butter.
Bring to a low boil.
Season with garlic salt to taste.
Serving suggestion: Serve with Thin, or thick (your call) diagonally cut Italian bread slices topped with garllic butter and toasted (to taste) in the broiler. Consider adding a cold maccaroni salad for contrast
