1 lb. lean ground beef
1 envelope Lipton’s Onion Mushroom Soup Mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1/2-1 cup sliced/diced mushrooms (if desired)
1/4-1/2 cup sour cream (fat free/lowfat ok) add desired amount
1/2 soup can water
Brown ground beef in saucepan adding Lipton soup mix and mushrooms just before browning is complete. Once meat is brown add in Cream of Mushroom soup,water and sour cream. Cover and simmer in saucepan for 10-15 minutes, until heated through, allowing enough time for flavors to blend.
Serve over cooked noodles (our favorite) or rice.
