Grilled Pineapple Dessert
Nuttella Spread (mixture of crushed hazelnuts and chocolate)
Slice pineapple into rings.
Grill pineapple rings until both sides are caramelized.
Meanwhile, put some Nuttella spread into bowl and add a little cream to make it easier to drizzle onto pineapple slices (eyeball the amount).
Heat in microwave to soften.
Add a splash of vanilla to the Mascapone cheese and mix well.
To serve: place grilled pineapple slices on platter; drizzle slices with Nuttela mixture; add dollups of mascapone cheese here and there over the slices; sprinkle platter with crushed hazelnuts.
