Italian Steak Parmesan
1 pound round steak, cut into individual serving pieces
1/2 cup flour
1 package (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Season the flour with salt and pepper. Dredge the steak pieces in the flour, then brown in a little oil. Put in a casserole dish in a single layer. Cover with the mozzarella cheese, then spread on spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 degrees F about 1 hour.
