Velveeta Easy Santa Fe Skillet
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
1 tsp. ground cumin
3 cups rotini pasta, uncooked
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
Brown meat with onion in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
Return to skillet. Add 2 cups water, tomatoes with liquid and cumin;
mix well. Bring to boil. Stir in pasta and green pepper. Reduce heat to
medium-low; cover. Simmer 15 minutes or until pasta is tender and water
is almost absorbed, stirring occasionally. Add Velveeta and cook until
melted, stirring frequently.
